Cancellation Policy

  • Customer cannot cancel the order that has been invoiced.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
  • Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • For order cancellation please write us at kompally@istation.co.in within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It is to note that the order once placed cannot be cancelled if the payment has been processed through PINELABS. (Check if required)
  • A gift card/ coupon/ offer applied while placing the order will be cancelled and not refunded in case of order cancellation.
  • We reserves right to cancel the order without any prior information.
